Darryl Wareing started Decca in 1984 and was responsible for the overall direction and long-term planning until his untimely passing on January 6, 2005. During his tenure, Decca successfully completed more than 140 projects throughout the Southwestern United States totaling over $300 Million. Darryl is fondly remembered for his candor, fairness, dedication to his family and friends, and commitment to his work. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met and the company he created.
